Zumba Classes

If you think that ballroom dancing is a bit old-fashioned, try Zumba. It is a whole-body workout that incorporates Latin music and dance moves (typically salsa) into a routine.

Fri - Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Barre Classes

Not all dance fitness classes are upbeat and bouncy. Some workouts, like barre, are more focused on gracefully balancing your body and holding certain positions for a couple of minutes. Basically, barre is a full-body workout that combines the principles of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training.
